Two taps, then you are moving

No setup, no questions first. Open it, press start, and a minute later you are done.

  1. Open Ankay

Today's idea is already waiting: one movement, picked for you. No plan to read, nothing to set up.

  2. Watch, then press start

A short demo shows the movement and its form cues. A 3-2-1 count-in, then the clock runs and tells you when to switch sides.

  3. Say how it felt

Too easy, good, or difficult. Ankay adjusts the next one to match, and every choice starts at its most careful level.

Nine kinds of minute

Pick what feels good today, or let Ankay choose. No equipment, and no floor unless you choose it.

  • Strength

    Short bodyweight holds and reps.

  • Balance

Kind by design

We reward the minute you moved, and stay quiet about the ones you did not.

  • A missed day is just a grey dot

No guilt, no red, and no notification telling you what you lost. Coming back after a gap is celebrated more than an unbroken run.

  • Your streak is protected

Automatic freezes cover the odd missed day, and a weekly consistency score shows the bigger picture.

  • It works offline, and it stays on your device

No account, no sign-in, no tracking. Your health answers are never written down at all.

  • Reminders that invite, never nag

Tie a reminder to something you already do, like your morning coffee. Turn them off and nothing changes.

Safety comes first

Before your first minute, we ask about injuries and health. Anything you flag is removed from what we show you, and every challenge has form cues and a stop control that costs you nothing.

Pain is a stop signal, not a challenge.

Report a safety problem

Stop straight away if you feel:

  • Pain
  • Dizziness or light-headedness
  • Faintness
  • Shortness of breath that seems unusual for you
  • Loss of balance
  • Nausea, or generally unwell

Stopping costs you nothing here — it still counts. If something is severe, persistent, or worries you, please speak to a doctor.

Made for the days you would otherwise skip

  • Busy parents

One minute fits between school drop-off and the first meeting. Silent options for when the kids are asleep.

  • Desk days

Desk Reset challenges are silent, need no floor, and can be done next to your chair.

  • Steady and independent

Balance and mobility ideas that start gently, with a careful track and no gym look anywhere.

  • Coming back carefully

Ankay holds you back rather than pushing you on, and anything you have asked us to avoid stays out.

Honest answers

A minute can't do anything, can it?

On its own, not much — we won't pretend otherwise. It's a minute more than a day with none, and it's small enough that you'll actually do it. That's the whole pitch.

Will this get me fit?

No. Ankay isn't a training program and won't replace one. It's for moving on the days you'd otherwise skip entirely. If you want to get fit, pair us with something bigger.

I could just set a timer myself.

You could, and some people do. What we add is knowing what to do, having it adjust as you go, having it screened against your injuries, and being asked at a moment that suits you.

Is this safe for me?

We ask about injuries and health up front, and anything you flag is removed from what we show you. Every challenge has form cues and a stop control that costs you nothing. We're not a medical service — if something worries you, check with a professional.

I've quit five of these already.

Those needed 45 minutes. And we don't send guilt notifications when you miss — a missed day is just a day.

Is it free?

The daily challenge, the streak and the library are free permanently. Paid extras may come later and will never touch the core.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no account, no sign-in and no server. Everything stays on your device, and Ankay works offline.

1,440 minutes in a day. Ankay asks for one.

Not a training program. A place to start.
